- We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:
- Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third‑party terms (including Instagram’s terms and policies).
- Accessing content that is not publicly available or that you are not authorized to access.
- Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights, or removing/altering copyright notices.

- Third‑party content. Instagram content and other third‑party materials available through the Service remain the property of their respective rights‑holders and are subject to their terms. We do not claim ownership of such content.
- Trademarks. “Instagram” and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Use on this site is nominative and for reference only.
8. User Content & Takedowns
If you believe content accessible via the Service infringes your rights or is otherwise unlawful, you may send a notice to our designated agent (see Section 19). We will respond in accordance with applicable law (including notice‑and‑takedown procedures such as the U.S. DMCA where applicable). We may remove or disable access to content at our discretion.
9. Downloads & Fair Use
Where the Service allows you to download content, you may do so only where you have a lawful basis (e.g., permission from the rights‑holder, statutory exception, or legitimate interest subject to applicable law). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use complies with copyright and other laws and with the terms of the source platform.
10. Third‑Party Services (Instagram)
- We are not responsible for Instagram or any other third‑party services. Their terms, policies, and availability govern their content and features.
- We may display links, previews, or frames of third‑party content. We do not endorse, control, or assume liability for such content.
- If a third‑party service changes or restricts access to its content, features of our Service may be impaired without notice.
11. Privacy & Cookies
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data, our use of cookies and similar technologies, and how we honor signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) where required by law. 13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR‑FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 16. Governing Law & Disputes
